Saturday Morning

I think it's the first day of Spring isn't it? Let me check the calander....hold on...yep, sure is! Yippie!

We were out exploring the other day,just driving around forest roads with no idea where we were going and at more than one point in our jurny had no idea of where we were!

Another Day Trip

Today we went back toward Fort Rock but turned off to see acrater that was formed by volcanic venting a gazillian years ago. Took the dirt road and two bucks jumped the road and we follwed them to a group ofeight. Pretty cool. Later we ventured up a logging road about twenty miles but had toturn back because it was impassible (too much snow).

Looks like spring is almost here. We went driving around the other day and ran into this herd of deer.

What A Great Day!

Today I reconnected with one of my step children! I haven't had any contact with them in over five years. Before their mom died we were all really colse, but when she passed away I really dropped the ball. I moved out here and never looked back. I've always regretted that. I finally got up the courage to search them out on Face Book and spoke to Kevin today. He is the third eldest of the four and a really good kid...(well, man now) It was just awesome.
